SCARB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,655 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP7, KDM3A_S463, and SRP68. Each is linked with SCARB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARB1 versus RBBP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
