Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN1C1, LYAR, and DDN. Each is linked with SCARB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARB1 versus MAN1C1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
