SCAMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,476 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRCC, PSMD4, and PMVK. Each is linked with SCAMP3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAMP3 versus PRCC in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
