Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCAMP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SCAMP3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SCAMP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCAMP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and STAD show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where SCAMP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
