SCAMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01318, TMEM259, and NGRN. Each is linked with SCAMP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01318 grouped by SCAMP3-low versus SCAMP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
