SCAMP3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, GAPDH, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SCAMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP3 results are reported.
