Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,292 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein sumoylation, Positive regulation of protein sumoylation, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with SCAMP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP3 results are reported.
