Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, NEFLP1, and TRAJ35. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by SCAMP2-low versus SCAMP2-high in KIRP.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
