SCAMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C76, PRAMEF7, and ZNF705G. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C76 grouped by SCAMP2-low versus SCAMP2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
