Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAI-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf71, SCGB1C1, and PRAMEF15. Each is linked with SCAI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAI-to-partner and partner-to-SCAI results are reported.
