Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAV1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAV1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SAV1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, READ, and PRAD are the cancer types where SAV1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
