SAV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,076 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01941, CNGA2, and OR6Y1. Each is linked with SAV1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAV1-to-partner and partner-to-SAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01941 grouped by SAV1-low versus SAV1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
