SAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P6, RNA5SP422, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with SAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P6 grouped by SAT1-low versus SAT1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
