SARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,371 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, ARHGAP30, and PLCG2. Each is linked with SARS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS1-to-partner and partner-to-SARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARS1 versus ADA2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
