Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPH1, TMEM97, and UCK2. Each is linked with SARS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS1-to-partner and partner-to-SARS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARS1 versus JPH1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
