SAPCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAPCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,143 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAPCD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, ATAD2, and SMC2. Each is linked with SAPCD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAPCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SAPCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAPCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAPCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
