Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMM50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMM50-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGIS, FGF7, and TGM2. Each is linked with SAMM50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMM50-to-partner and partner-to-SAMM50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMM50 versus PTGIS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMM50→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMM50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
