Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD9L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,909 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD9L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, TRIM14, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with SAMD9L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD9L-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD9L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD9L versus TNFSF13B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
