Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with SAMD4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4B-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4B results are reported.
