SAMD4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, FN1, and ACTN1. Each is linked with SAMD4A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD4A versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
