SAMD4A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILP, EHD2, and POSTN. Each is linked with SAMD4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD4A versus CILP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
