SAMD4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with SAMD4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SAMD4A-low versus SAMD4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
