SAMD4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMD4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1H, OR1L4, and MBD3L2. Each is linked with SAMD4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD4A-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT1H grouped by SAMD4A-low versus SAMD4A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
