Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL782P, OR5D16, and PYDC2. Each is linked with SAMD15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD15-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL782P grouped by SAMD15-low versus SAMD15-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
