SALL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,271 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX15, SDC1, and GALNT12. Each is linked with SALL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL3-to-partner and partner-to-SALL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL3 versus SNX15 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
