Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 711 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway, Gastrulation, and Cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus. Each is linked with SALL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL3-to-partner and partner-to-SALL3 results are reported.
