SALL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,656 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELP5, GATAD2B, and ABHD18. Each is linked with SALL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL3-to-partner and partner-to-SALL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELP5 grouped by SALL3-low versus SALL3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
