SAGE4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAGE4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,472 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAGE4P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAGE2P, OPCML-IT2, and ARPP21-AS1. Each is linked with SAGE4P in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAGE4P-to-partner and partner-to-SAGE4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAGE4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAGE4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
