SAGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with SAGE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAGE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SAGE1-low versus SAGE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
