SAGE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAGE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAGE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC72, ABCC12, and CXorf51A. Each is linked with SAGE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAGE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAGE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC72 grouped by SAGE1-low versus SAGE1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAGE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAGE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
