SAFB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA4, KHSRP, and TRIR. Each is linked with SAFB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB2-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAFB2 versus PDIA4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
