SAFB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,474 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, HDGFL2, and RIN2_S486. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAFB versus KHSRP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
