Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6832, LINC01753, and RNU6-470P. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6832 grouped by SAFB-low versus SAFB-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
