SAC3D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAC3D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAC3D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, MCM3, and NASP. Each is linked with SAC3D1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAC3D1-to-partner and partner-to-SAC3D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAC3D1 versus RRM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAC3D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAC3D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
