Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAC3D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,286 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAC3D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITSN2, CDR2, and HDAC5. Each is linked with SAC3D1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAC3D1-to-partner and partner-to-SAC3D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAC3D1 versus ITSN2 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
