Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAC3D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 787 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAC3D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CMP catabolic process, Positive regulation of neutrophil chemotaxis, and N-acetylneuraminate catabolic process. Each is linked with SAC3D1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAC3D1-to-partner and partner-to-SAC3D1 results are reported.
