SAA2-SAA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA2-SAA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA2-SAA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, OR1X1P, and MRPS36P5. Each is linked with SAA2-SAA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA2-SAA4-to-partner and partner-to-SAA2-SAA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by SAA2-SAA4-low versus SAA2-SAA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA2-SAA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA2-SAA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
