SAA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, ITGAM, and MNDA. Each is linked with SAA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA1-to-partner and partner-to-SAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAA1 versus FMNL1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
