SAA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7H1P, OR4A40P, and MIR4457. Each is linked with SAA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA1-to-partner and partner-to-SAA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7H1P grouped by SAA1-low versus SAA1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
