Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,821 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vertebrate eye-specific patterning, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Positive regulation of complement activation. Each is linked with SAA1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAA1-to-partner and partner-to-SAA1 results are reported.
