Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S1PR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S1PR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF4, CDK15, and CD28. Each is linked with S1PR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S1PR2-to-partner and partner-to-S1PR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S1PR2 versus IRF4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S1PR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→S1PR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
