S100Z

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100Z RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100Z-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, WIPF1, and ELMO1. Each is linked with S100Z in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100Z-to-partner and partner-to-S100Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100Z versus ANKRD44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
