S100P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,907 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCN2, AZU1, and NBEAL2. Each is linked with S100P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100P-to-partner and partner-to-S100P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100P versus LCN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100P→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
