S100P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,627 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to alcohol, Intracellular sodium ion homeostasis, and Sensory perception of salty taste. Each is linked with S100P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100P-to-partner and partner-to-S100P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to alcohol grouped by S100P-low versus S100P-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100P→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
