S100G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,516 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with S100G in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100G-to-partner and partner-to-S100G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein polyubiquitination grouped by S100G-low versus S100G-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100G→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
