S100G

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, S100G RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated S100G data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher S100G RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated S100G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRC, THCA, and ACC are the cancer types where S100G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
