S100G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100G RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRM3, ZNF326, and PRR14L. Each is linked with S100G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100G-to-partner and partner-to-S100G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRM3 grouped by S100G-low versus S100G-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100G→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
