S100A7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,402 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autocrine signaling, Protein nitrosylation, and Regulation of integrin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with S100A7A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A7A-to-partner and partner-to-S100A7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
