Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACKR3, RSAD1, and MIR511. Each is linked with S100A7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A7A-to-partner and partner-to-S100A7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
