Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TASOR2, KRT14, and GUCY1B1. Each is linked with S100A7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A7A-to-partner and partner-to-S100A7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
